Carter is a Research Manager at SuperData Research, the leading provider of market intelligence and insights covering games, VR, AR, eSports, and Gaming Video Content. SuperData builds on a unique dataset of digital point-of-sale data encompassing the online purchases of almost 37 million online and digital gamers. Clients include publishers such as Activision/Blizzard, Bandai-Namco, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, SEGA, Square-Enix, Ubisoft, Wargaming.net and Zynga.
As manager of SuperData’s Insights department, Carter leads the team that turns quantitative data into actionable intelligence. His areas of expertise include eSports, Virtual Reality, and video game industry segments such as Massively Multiplayer Online games and the Social Casino industry.
Carter graduated from Tufts University with a bachelor’s degree in English and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
