Todd is a music executive, brand consultant, and record producer. He has been responsible for music strategy and curation for brands such as Coterie, Levi’s and Oculus VR. As CCO of Creative Cabal, his team has also developed creative and visual branding campaigns for Netflix, Dolby Labs as well as artists Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Moses Sumney. Currently, he is producing an album for Verve/Impulse featuring the best and brightest up-and-comers on today’s jazz scene.

For 15 years, Todd has been a consultant on advertising, licensing, music positioning and artist relations for brands and agencies. For companies such as Levi’s, Scion and Oculus VR, Todd has hand-selected and overseen the negotiation of numerous artist integrations and music initiatives including the Levi’s Music Project, featuring Alicia Keys, SZA and Vince Staples. Previous client projects include Black Sabbath, Scion/Toyota, and the City of New York. He also produces the Grammy-nominated Verve Remixed series for Universal Music, creating new context for artists like Nina Simone, Billie Holiday and Astrud Gilberto by enlisting remixers like Kaskade, Diplo, Postal Service, Toro Y Moi, Miike Snow and Danger Mouse to remix their classic recordings. Todd has held executive positions at The Windish Agency, C3 Presents and Napster, while managing the careers of artists Bassnectar, Nosaj Thing and Griz.

Previously, Todd was Vice President of A&R for Virgin Records and head of Astralwerks Records in New York, home to acts Phoenix, Basement Jaxx, Air, Fatboy Slim, and more. He oversaw music for iconic films Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Being John Malkovich and Memento. Todd began his career as Editor of Urb magazine, where he helped create a well-read platform for thousands of seminal writers, photographers, hip-hop and electronic artists.

Todd graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts, where he was involved in the school’s Concert Series as well as mentoring foster kids.
