With a unique "crossover" career as a content creator, Hollywood business executive, and digital media entrepreneur, David Grant serves as President of POPSUGAR Studios, which develops, produces, and distributes POPSUGAR's highly popular original video content. David joined POPSUGAR in 2009 when it acquired Shopflick.com, a venture-financed video e-commerce startup that David co-founded.
David was previously President of Fox TV Studios, a major global studio producer of scripted, reality, and documentary television. During his tenure, the Studio produced diverse and ground-breaking shows such as Golden Globe winning drama The Shield, multiple Emmy- and Peabody Award-winning sitcom Malcolm in the Middle, global hit reality series Temptation Island, and the Emmy-winning documentary series Biography. From 1991-1995, David was Executive VP of the FOX Network, in charge of content acquisition; prior to that he played a key business development roles in the start-ups of Fox Sports, The NFL on Fox, the FX Network, BSkyB in the UK, and STAR TV in Asia.
