Originally from Portland, Oregon, Kate McGuire has now lived in Los Angeles for almost 7 years, interning at companies like iHeart Media, Nickelodeon, and MTV. After accepting a job as Associate Producer in 2013 at iHeart Media's radio station KOST 103.5, she realized her love of social media and working with talent. Her day-to-day tasks involved posting to the stations social media platforms, prepping topics for the show, and handling celebrity talent when they came into the studio. Almost a year later she learned about different types of social media jobs, Youtube / Digital talent, and MCNs. After applying to a few different companies she accepted a position as Talent Manager at Fullscreen. In this role she manages digital talent directly helping them with ancillary businesses, optimization, and growth in their overall business. It's not been over four years and her clientele is growing working with large talent like Denzel Dion, The Dobre Brothers, and Slyfox Family.
