Mary Ermitanio is a senior managing consultant for Manatt Digital and Technology, the business consulting arm of national law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Mary works with technology and entertainment companies to identify and evaluate growth opportunities, launch new ventures and execute on strategic M&A, investments and partnerships. Mary has partnered with companies across all stages on projects ranging from launching a new e-commerce venture to advising on a production studio’s international expansion and partnerships. Her experience includes: building and executing business plans and go-to-market for various early stage AI, adtech and mixed reality companies; defining the growth roadmap for an emerging media company; and evaluating a potential acquisition for a national media company.
Prior to Manatt, Mary worked with the major studios, where she led marketing and product development analytics for direct-to-consumer initiatives and managed large scale software implementation work streams. She is passionate about the future of entertainment and consumption and excited about working with great companies to build and grow game-changing products and experiences.
