As the Senior Vice President of Marketing at 300 Entertainment, Rayna Bass has deconstructed barriers between departments and genres, which has led to the establishment of 300’s multi-hyphenate marketing model that services all genres and artist types. Bass has spearheaded the marketing campaign behind arguably some of the most influential artists today, including Young Thug, Megan Thee Stallion and Gunna. In the past year , Megan Thee Stallion released #1 record and single "Savage," the RIAA- Certified Gold debut album Good News which has done 1.4 Billion US Streams To Date, and has been nominated for 4 Grammy's. Gunna's album Wunna debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. Bass was honored as one of Billboard’s Women in Music in 2020, one of 2020’s Hip Hop Power Players and also won a Libera Award in the category of Marketing Genius.
Over this past summer, Bass led the charge for 300 Entertainment's social justice initiatives drafting the company's plans for each department to take specific actions to advance voting rights, industry and community outreach, artist engagement, education, and advocacy.
