Dren currently works within the Immersive Audio Team at Facebook on AR, VR and many of the immersive products there, everything from Instagram Superzoom sounds (he’s responsible for the “Dramatic” one), to Messenger AR effects, to Portal Storytime to Facebook Horizon (VR experience). This year he’s led several presentations about Spark AR audio, including a Spark audio Hackathon at Abbey Road Studios this past fall. Previous to Facebook, he worked in the game industry for over a decade as an audio director, composer and sound designer on titles such as Cooking Dash, Gordon Ramsay Dash, Transformers: Age of Extinction The Official Game, and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Commander.
