Cooper Jackson is Senior Vice President of Business Development and Affairs at Electronic Arts
(EA), which she joined in 2019. In her role at EA, Cooper oversees global platform partnerships
and content licensing across EA games and franchises. She is responsible for negotiating
publishing and marketing deals with console, PC and mobile platforms, securing licenses for
third party entertainment and sports IP, overseeing talent engagement and music licenses, and
managing television development and production deals.
Prior to EA, Cooper was a Senior Vice President at Twentieth Century Fox Film, where she managed worldwide Business Affairs for digital home media and was responsible for leading negotiations of complex commercial agreements and managing business development for the distribution and marketing of film and television content through TVOD and SVOD channels, as well as driving strategic initiatives in VR experiences, theatrical windowing and new technology development. Before joining Fox, Cooper was head of worldwide Business Affairs for the home entertainment division of Sony Pictures Entertainment, responsible for negotiating all major deals for licensing content in digital and traditional media, including VOD and EST licenses, content acquisitions and international distribution partnerships. Earlier in her career, Cooper was an antitrust and intellectual property litigator at law firms in NY and Los Angeles before moving in-house to Warner Bros. Entertainment, where she served as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for the home entertainment division.
She is a graduate of Williams College, where she served on the Board of Trustees, and Georgetown University Law Center. She previously served on the California Advisory Board of the Trust for Public Land and as an Executive Member of Women in Film.
