Duan Peng was SVP, Global Data & AI at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she led a global data & AI group including data science, data engineering, ML engineering, AI research, business intelligence & analytics, data product, and data governance to support launch and growth of streaming products and services (HBO Max, Discovery+, Max) across US and International markets, and to drive business strategy and decision-making across product, marketing, content, ad sales, finance, and operations. Before joining Warner Bros. Discovery, Duan had been working as a senior data analytics leader in various industries and companies including Disney, Fox, NBCUniversal, Hyundai Capital America, HSBC, and Ameriprise Financial, where she has built proven track records on delivering innovative and high impact data and AI solutions to drive business transformation and growth. Duan received her Ph. D. in Economics from the University of Miami. In her spare time, she likes reading, music, and enjoys traveling across the world with her family.
