Duff Berschback has been in entertainment law for over 20 years. Initially representing talent before moving to Sony (then /ATV) Publishing in 2007. He joined Concord Publishing in 2020 as its head of Business and Legal Affairs, where he leads a global team of legal and support professionals who advocate for Concord in deal making, litigation, legislative policy, and industry matters.
