Managing Director at East Wind Advisors, Jason Birke has successfully executed more than 35 corporate finance transactions involving companies in the Media & Entertainment, Marketing Services & Technology, Business Information and Professional Services sectors. With 19 years of investment banking experience, Jason advises on M&A and debt and equity financings on behalf of founder-owned, venture capital- and private equity-backed companies, and global corporations. Prior to East Wind, he served as Vice President at M&A advisor JEGI CLARITY, where he spent nine years delivering high-value strategic guidance and transaction execution services to companies across the Media landscape. Jason received an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and BA in English Literature from University of Pennsylvania. He is a FINRA-registered representative.
