Jonathan Azu is a two-time Billboard 40 Under 40 Power Player and founder of Culture Collective, a talent management company driving change within the music industry while also representing creatives who exemplify their culture. Throughout his management career, Jonathan has overseen the development of many notable artists including Anita Baker, Emily King, Cory Henry, Luke James, Michelle Williams, Miguel, Kool & the Gang, Lecrae, Leon Thomas and more.
Prior to starting Culture Collective, Jonathan was General Manager of Red Light Management, Head of Operations for Superfly Presents and VP of Music Partnerships for CBS Radio. He is a graduate of Drake University and currently serves on the university’s board of trustees.
